Join Yogi of Sound Professor Surinder Singh on a journey to understand the power of sound.

This unique workshop offers a basic introduction to sound therapy and Naad Yoga. It demonstrates and develops appreciation of the value of music as a therapeutic tool in everyday use.

The workshop caters for participants of all levels from beginner to advanced, with a strong focus on how sound can be used practically in daily life. We begin with more common ailments such as stress, anxiety, depression and fatigue and go on to consider other health issues.

The aim of the workshop is to create wider understanding and experience of the power we hold in our communication skills and strategies. Communication in any form is sound, and the quality of any particular sound is its Naad: without Naad we have silence. We wish to expand awareness of how the nature of sound influences our health and how this mechanism can be used more positively.

The workshop covers many aspects of this topic:

  • Can sound heal?
  • Can music make me feel better?
  • Will vibrations and frequencies alter my behaviour patterns?
  • How can I use sound to feel better?
  • How can sound improve physical, mental and emotional health?

Together we will explore the benefits of improved listening skills, which you can take away with you to implement basic self-healing.
