Dukh Bhanjan Germany 2017
Listen – Sing – Reconnect – Heal
11 November 2017 9pm - 5am 12 November
Naadyogaklang - Zentrum für Klang, Musik, Yoga und Meditation
(Please register for Dukh Bhanjan by filling in the form at the bottom of this page.)
Dukh Bhanjan means "the end of suffering". On this special night we will meditate together with the mantras "Ek Oang Kar(e)", "Sat(e) Nam(u)" and "Vaheguru". Sidak Kaur and Raj Academy graduates will lead through the night.
Please bring with you an issue or problem that you would like to let go and meditate on that. Listen to and sing with us the simple mantras in different melodies expressing specific moods (raags), which activate and support your emotional processes, transforming them into bliss.
This is a 'Tree Event'. There is no fee. Instead we ask you to plant a tree somewhere within one year, to give something back to our environment.
Please contact Sidak Kaur at sidak(at)rajacademy.com or call +49 (0)157 789 420 43 with any questions. We are looking forward to welcoming you.
