GSO Lite Learning Agreement
I agree to pursue the Gurmat Sangeet Outreach LITE (GSO LITE) course according to terms and conditions as defined in this learning agreement by Raj Academy, and the general Terms of this website.
I am aware that Gurmat Sangeet Outreach LITE is a distance-learning program. I recognize that it is my responsibility to go through the course as it is recommended for optimal learning outcomes. I am further aware that Raj Academy teachers and staff will inform me via an online or in-person assessment after completion of each grade.
I ensure appropriate use of the learning resources provided to me and comply with all copyrights protection placed on the learning resources. I agree that I will not reproduce any learning material without explicit permission from Raj Academy unless it is for personal use only. If a breach of learning contract were to occur, I accept full responsibility for such actions and any related legal repercussions.
COURSE FEE SUBSCRIPTION
The Gurmat Sangeet Outreach LITE course fee is set up online upon registration, charged to a credit card as a recurring monthly subscription or a simple one-time payment, covering one grade of the GSO program for a maximum of six months. The course fee is charged by Raj Academy in exchange for providing learning resources, educational services and support to students actively enrolled on the course. The monthly subscription continues until full payment for the course (grade) is received.
SUBSCRIPTION IS SET UP AT THE TIME OF ENROLLMENT
The monthly subscription or one-time payment is set up online at the time of course enrollment and the course fee is deducted immediately. Students are expected to begin their study immediately upon course enrollment. One cannot sign up for the course and then request payments to be put on hold while waiting for the instrument to arrive. It is compulsory to have said instrument before enrolling on this course.
TEMPORARY BREAK PAYMENT POLICY
There will be no temporary break in payments.
The student will have access to one grade of the course for a maximum period of six months. If the student wishes to continue to the next grade, once further payment has been made for this they will be allowed access to the previous grade(s) as well as the next grade for a further six months. If a student completes a grade before the end of the six-month period (minimum three months), they may pay for and start the next grade at any time after passing the grade assessment.
EARLY COURSE TERMINATION POLICY
There will be no refunds.
